ORDERING INFO
- All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
- There is a four (4) pass limit per person. Orders over the pass limit may be canceled without notification.
- Prices do not include service fees.
- DO NOT buy passes from unauthorized third parties (scalpers). We will not service, authenticate or support any passes purchased from an unauthorized third party. Scalped passes may be void.
- Our ticketing platform is powered by AXS. Create an AXS Fan Account or update your current AXS information here.
- AXS Mobile ID digital passes will be sent within 10 minutes after you complete your purchase.
- You may transfer individual passes through your AXS account – instructions can be found HERE.
- Passes will be scanned from your phone on the AXS App at the entrance gate.
- Passes are valid for the single day you purchased.
- There is no difference in GA tiers other than price.
- Minimum browser requirements are required to place an order online. Make sure you have the most updated browser version.

Once you’ve purchased your passes, you can manage your order via Fan Account. To access Fan Account, login HERE. Here, you can do things like:
- View order details
- View special offers and upgrades
- Transfer tickets to a friend
